Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to Your Impact Era™, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Ticket Purchases & Refunds

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are reserving a place at the event and agree that refunds won't be issued if your plans change, you're unable to attend, or you decide not to participate.

Tickets may be transferred to another attendee at no additional charge, as outlined below.

2. Ticket Transfers

We understand that plans can change!

If you're unable to attend Your Impact Era™, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional charge.

To request a transfer, contact [insert support email] with the original purchaser's information and the new attendee's name and email address.

Ticket transfers don't release the original purchaser from any outstanding payment obligations unless the organizer expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

3. Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan, you're agreeing to purchase the ticket at its full advertised price.

All scheduled payments must be completed, even if you're unable to attend the event or choose not to participate.

By selecting a payment plan, you authorize the scheduled charges to your designated payment method according to the payment schedule presented at checkout.

If a scheduled payment fails, we may contact you to update your payment information. Access to the event may be suspended until outstanding payments are resolved.

Payment plans are not subscriptions and don't constitute separate monthly purchases. They are installments toward the total ticket price.

4. Event Changes & Cancellation

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, speakers, activities, and programming when necessary.

If Your Impact Era™ is postponed or rescheduled, existing tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event.

If the event is canceled entirely without a replacement date, ticket purchasers will be notified of the available refund or other remedies, consistent with applicable law.

We aren't responsible for attendees' independently booked travel, lodging, transportation, or other expenses, except where required by law.

5. Travel & Accommodations

Attendees are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation, lodging, meals not expressly included in their ticket, and other personal expenses.

Travel and accommodation costs are not included in your ticket unless specifically stated during purchase.

We recommend making travel arrangements that allow for changes or cancellations when possible.

6. Event Experience & Participation

Your Impact Era™ is designed to provide business education, professional development, meaningful connections, and opportunities for collaboration.

While we're committed to delivering a valuable experience, participation doesn't guarantee specific business results, income increases, partnerships, or financial outcomes.

Attendees are responsible for their own business decisions and actions following the event.

7. Attendee Conduct

We're committed to creating a welcoming, respectful environment where women can connect, learn, and grow.

Attendees are expected to treat speakers, staff, sponsors, and fellow attendees with respect.

Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, or conduct that disrupts the experience of others won't be tolerated.

We reserve the right to remove attendees who violate these expectations, subject to applicable law.

8. Photography & Video Recording

Photography and video recording may take place throughout Your Impact Era ™ for event documentation, marketing, and promotional purposes.

By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in event photographs or recordings.

We may use general event footage and photographs in future promotional materials, subject to applicable law and any permissions required.

If you have concerns about being photographed or filmed, please contact our team before the event so we can discuss reasonable accommodations.

9. Personal Responsibility & Liability

Attendees participate voluntarily and are responsible for their own personal belongings, travel arrangements, and conduct.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the organizer isn't responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Personal Information

We collect and use information provided during registration to process purchases, manage attendance, communicate event details, and deliver the event experience.
